Why "biggest" is hard to pin down
Some malls count booths, some count dealers (one dealer may rent several booths), and some count total building space including warehouses. Outdoor markets and seasonal shows, such as the big multi-day antique shows in Texas and the Midwest, can be far larger than any single building but only run a few times a year.
Planning a trip to a big mall
- Allow half a day or more; many large malls have maps or numbered aisles.
- Take photos of booth numbers for anything you want to come back to.
- Ask whether the counter can hold items while you keep shopping.
- Check hours carefully: some large malls close earlier on Sundays.
